Developments within Carvico’s Revolutional line
Italian warp-knitted fabric manufacturer Carvico has added new functional benefits within its Revolutional range.
The first is that its 155 g/m² fabric in black now incorporates Schoeller’s coldblack sun protection. It reduces the absorption of sunlight and helps keep the wearer cool as well as offering protection against harmful UV rays. According to Carvico, the fabric fits like a second skin, dries quickly and is breathable. It is also lightweight, chlorine, abrasion and pilling resistant and offers good elasticity.
The company has also added Revolutional Mild to the fabric line. It is best suited for use in high-performance beachwear and underwear. It is breathable and quick drying and provides flexibility and comfort. At 115 g/m² it is the lightest fabric in the Revolutional range.
