Acquisition boosts Itac offering to textiles

The business will be totally absorbed within Itac resulting in the expansion of Itac’s product offering to the textile industry.
Paul Armitt, managing director of Itac, said at the time of the acquisition: “We have known Texas for many years. It operates within one of our core markets, textiles. We know it is a first-class business with an excellent reputation. Itac is currently experiencing a period of sustained organic growth. At a stroke with this transaction, we will further increase our product range and capability. For us, it was simply an opportunity not to be missed.”
