Finish Line appoints new VP of strategy
US sports apparel and footwear brand Finish Line has appointed Sally McKelvey as vice president, strategy for the Finish Line brand.
Ms McKelvey previously served as senior director of operations financial planning and analysis at 7-Eleven. She was promoted to that role after nine years of progressively increasing responsibilities with the convenience store chain. In 2009, McKelvey was named servant leader of the year at 7-Eleven.
“Sally’s talent for critical thinking will be valuable in her new role with Finish Line,” said Steve Schneider, president and COO. “She will be a key member of our leadership team, with the role of leading the evaluation, development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives for the Finish Line brand. Sally will analyse, recommend and implement programs that will provide growth opportunities, increase operational productivity and enhance profitability for our company.
