Outdoor footwear brand Merrell has launched a special limited-edition collection of boots and shoes to mark the thirtieth anniversary of its launch.

Called Origins, the collection consists of the Eagle Origins lightweight hiking boots and the Solo Origins shoe. As an extra special commemoration of the brand’s birth in 1981, select retailers around the world will receive very limited stock runs of Merrell's original Wilderness Canyon boot, stamped with a serial number and the name of the retail partner.

In Europe, for example, two retailers in Paris (Pigalle and Colette) and one in London (Dover Street Market) will each stock a run of just 30 pairs of Merrell’s original Wilderness Canyon boot.
