Performance Days Munich posts "sold out" sign

The organisers of functional fabrics exhibitions Performance Days have reported that the next Munich event, taking place on November 21 and 22, is already sold out. Eighty days in advance of the doors opening, no exhibition space remains.

Performance Days moved to a new, larger venue in Munich, the Munich Textile Centre on the city's Frankfurter Ring, for the May 2011 edition of the event. A parallel event takes place in the French Alpine city of Annecy.

In total, 74 companies will have stands at the forthcoming Munich event, plus an area reserved for Taiwanese fabric manufacturers under the banner of the Taiwanese Textile Federation.

New exhibitors will include Aiale,  Vagotex Windtex, Noble Biomaterials and Tessile Fiorentina from Italy, Chamweal, Chemtax, Evertex, Fast Glory, Welltern, Li Peng and Fortune Textile from Taiwan, Dolinschek / Textilagentur Gunther & Roth from Germany, Filltex from Korea, IBQ from Spain and Vetex from Belgium.
