Senior retail boss departs Lululemon
Lululemon’s vice-president of retail, Delaney Schweitzer, has left to begin her ‘next chapter’ after 13 years with the Canadian company.
CEO Laurent Potdevin said: "Delaney leaves behind an exceptional bench of talent who are deeply ingrained in our culture and will continue to lead our retail operations. On behalf of our entire Lululemon collective, I offer our profound gratitude for all of Delaney's contributions and extend our heartfelt wishes for great success as she fulfils her vision and goals on this new road ahead."
The company recently reported revenue for fiscal 2014, which ended on February 1, increased 13% to $1.8 billion while profit grew 9% to $914.2 million.
It was a ‘critical’ year for the company, according to Mr Potdevin, who said investments in product, consumer engagement and the brand paid off after a large product recall and the departing of many of the senior management team.
