Basketball veteran heads to Under Armour
Sportswear brand Under Armour has appointed the CEO of basketball team the Dallas Mavericks as its president of global sports categories.

Terdema Ussery (pictured) has served as the CEO of the Mavericks, which tripled revenues, for the past 18 years.

Before that, he was president of Nike Sports Management, overseeing the marketing, advertising and branding of the company's elite athletes.

Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank said: "Terdema is a highly respected leader with an extraordinary reputation and track record of success. Under Armour is a global growth company and with the addition of Terdema to our team we have one of the best in the business helping to drive the brand forward."
