Plastics firm appoints new chief executive

Swiss plastics company Sukano has appointed Thomas Bernhardt as its new chief executive officer.

Based in Schindellegi in eastern Switzerland, Sukano develops and produces masterbatches for the plastics and the textile industries, with sports apparel among the target markets for its additives.

Mr Bernhardt, who joins Sukano from Archroma, will also serve as head of sales for the company.
