Vaude’s product director steps down

Mr Sontheimer has been with the company for 21 years. He established the bike product range and in 2011 took over the products segment with responsibility for strategic direction. In 2014 he became a member of the board.
"After commuting between Garmisch and Lake Constance for several years, I have decided to leave Vaudeto be closer to my family. I thank Vaude and the whole team for the trust that was given me over all these years, and for the excellent collaboration that took place," said Peter Sontheimer.
"We thank Peter for his deep commitment. I can understand his private motives well, though he will be dearly missed as a person and fellow team member in the company,” said Antje von Dewitz, Vaude's CEO.
