New head of corporate communications for Lenzing
Austrian fibre producer Lenzing has promoted Waltraud Kaserer to head of corporate succeeding Angelika Guldt, who will be responsible for communicating sustainability-related issues from 2016.
Ms Kaserer has served as the press spokesperson for Reinhold Mitterlehner, Austria’s vice-chancellor and federal minister of science, research and economy and most recently as his deputy head of cabinet.
“I am pleased that we have attracted Ms Kaserer, a renowned and highly competent communications expert, to join Lenzing,” said CEO Stefan Doboczky. “I would like to thank Angelika Guldt for her longstanding and highly professional work. I am convinced that in her preferred new job she will make a significant contribution towards positioning the Lenzing Group as a sustainable company thanks to her experience and competence.”
