Mountain Force chief executive to walk away

Premium Swiss ski-wear brand Mountain Force has announced that chief executive, Roman Stepek, is to leave the company with immediate effect.

Mr Stepek, who has led the company for the last five years, will sell his shareholding to his partners.

Chief finance officer, Werner Matzner, will take over as interim chief executive while Mountain Force recruits a longer-term replacement.

The company said it would continue with a strategy that focuses on product quality, service and close cooperation with leading high-end sports retailers.
