Sportswear brand Under Armour has announced that chief merchandising officer Henry Stafford is to leave the company after six years. He will be replaced on an interim basis by Kip Fulks, who has been supervising key development areas of the Under Armour business since November 2015.

Stafford will leave the company in July 2016 having led the company’s apparel team before becoming president for North America prior to his appointment as chief merchandising officer in December 2014.

"Since joining us in 2010, Henry has been an incredible partner and helped us build our brand and tell our story.  I would like to thank Henry for his strong leadership and contributions over the years," said Kevin Plank, Under Armour's founder and CEO.

Chief digital officer Robin Thurston will also be leaving Under Armour in July to be replaced by Michael Lee, co-founder of MyFitnessPal. Lee is currently senior vice president of North America Digital whilst Thurston has been at the company since December 2013.
