ZDHC expands Oeko-Tex’s MRSL conformance mandate

31/07/2018
The Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Foundation has announced that Oeko-Tex’s Eco Passport programme is now recognised as a level 3 accepted certification standard for conformance to its Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL).

In September 2018, the Eco Passport was named as one of the first ZDHC Accepted Certification Standards. Up until now it could only be used to certify chemical products with level 1 conformance.

ZDHC has so far accepted ten organisations as indicators of MRSL conformance.
