Anta has already acquired almost all Amer Sports shares

Chinese group Anta Sports has confirmed that it has completed its move to acquire the shares of Finland-based Amer Sports, the parent group of Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance and other brands. 

Following a positive response, Anta has acquired more than 98% of Amer Sports shares. It said it still intends to achieve 100% ownership of the Finnish group.

It also said in recent comments that it will delist Amer Sports from the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange.
