Archroma signs agreement to work with Pakistan’s National Textile University

Textile chemicals manufacturer Archroma has signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Textile University (NTU) in Pakistan. It said the agreement would pave way for cooperation between it and the university for an initial period of five years.

“The partnership will explore innovations in textile research to help the textile industry align with the fast pace of global requirements,” Archroma said. It said good examples of the areas on which this research work will focus include work on unsaturated polyester resins. 

Archroma will take part in teaching sessions at NTU and students from the university will be able to take up internship opportunities at the centre of excellence the company runs in Karachi.
