The European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA) has said its commitment to tackling plastic pollution has prompted a number of companies to join the organisation. It has signed up seven new members and a trade partner since February’s ISPO exhibition.

The new members are:

Sun protection hat specialist Sunday Afternoons;
Online camping, caravan and motorhome retailer World of Camping;
UK-based outdoor brand Regatta;
Elements, an agent and distributor for outdoor brands in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France;
Crampon and gaiter manufacturer Kahtoola;
New Zealand-based outdoor brand Icebreaker;
Climbing clothing and accessories maker E9.

In addition, the Spanish Sport Association, Afydad, has signed up as a trade partner. It has committed to raising awareness of EOCA and to supporting the conservation of outdoor environments.
