TNF Seven Summits uses bottles from Indian Himalayan watershed
The latest addition to The North Face’s Seven Summits collection continues the brand’s aim to reduce the use of virgin materials, this time by including layering Bottle Source T-shirts made from plastic bottles retrieved from the Indian Himalayan watershed.
For the company, this enables them to “protect and restore a part of the world from which we’ve always drawn inspiration”.
The new waterproof, breathable and lightweight Futurelight jacket and pant come in a bright pink or black option. The set is said to be inspired by the exploration of the highest peaks on every continent, and try to blend “modern fits and function for the city with a high-alpine aesthetic”.
