Sporting goods brand Mizuno has debuted its latest footwear technology, designed to deliver higher energy-return rations than in the company’s previous products.

Aimed at creating running shoes with greater rebound and more softness, the new technology comes in two iterations — Enerzy (foam) and Enerzy Core. Both are said to improve performance capabilities through the shoes’ versatility to “change shape” and their increased rebound potential.

The technology will be used in footwear products across multiple sporting categories, beginning with a signature shoe bearing the same name.
