Toronto-headquartered outdoor brand Canada Goose recently announced the appointment of long-time brand adviser Paul Cadman as president of its Asia-Pacific division, which stretches from Greater China to New Zealand, including Japan, South Korea and Australia.

The brand described Mr Cadman as possessing over 30 years of strategic luxury goods experience, having previously held leadership roles with Salvatore Ferragamo (as the business’ Asia-Pacific chief executive), Asprey, Bulgari and Estée Lauder. He founded PMC Global Hong Kong, a strategic management and business consultancy centred on luxury goods, in 2018.

President and chief executive at Canada Goose, Dani Reiss, commented: “In the past three years, we have built more than a $250 million business in Asia-Pacific and are encouraged by the long runway of potential for us. Paul’s experience, entrepreneurial nature and regionally-specific industry knowledge makes him the best fit for the role as we strengthen our brand presence and further executive against our long-term growth strategy.”

For his part, Mr Cadman offered: “I have long admired Canada Goose’s authentic heritage, functionality and its persistent innovation. There is so much enthusiasm for Canada Goose and I look forward to further elevating the brand and business in the Asia-Pacific region.”
