Biowaste innovators wanted for London workshop
Organisers behind a temporary showcase of research into circular, bio-inspired textiles for apparel from biodegradable waste, called the Regenerative Fashion Hub, invite industry participation in an academic-led workshop designed to explore materials innovation, selection and scaling, particularly from the perspective of brands and developers.

With input from roughly 12-16 participants, discussions will take place at London creative space Lab E20, co-designed by Christopher Raeburn’s studio, on November 25.

The work on display is based on the findings of UK-based consortium Textiles Circularity Centre, led by the Royal College of Art with contributions from Cranfield University, University of Cambridge, University College London, University of Leeds, University of Manchester and University of York researchers. It has been funded by public body UK Research and Innovation’s four-year National Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Research programme.

The exhibition is next open to the public between 10am and 6pm GMT on November 10, 18, 24 and 30.
