Circulose Supplier Network up nearly 150% in three months
Renewcell has further strengthened its Circulose Supplier Network (CSN), first announced in July, by expanding its footprint to new territories like Vietnam, Taiwan and Czech Republic.
The company, based in Sundsvall, Sweden, is the developer of Circulose-branded dissolving cellulose pulp, an ingredient it manufactures from 100% cotton-rich textile waste.
On launch, CSN counted 47 yarn and textile producers as members. Today, its membership has grown to 116 businesses, with more than 30 yarn spinners and over a dozen knitters joining as part of its most recent intake.
This increase significantly expands the market for yarns and fabrics made with Circulose content, commented Renewcell chief executive, Patrik Lundström.
