The parent group of Arc’Teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance and Atomic, Amer Sports, has filed documents to prepare for an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares.

It has not made public the number of shares it intends to make available or the price it will ask for them.

Chinese group Anta Sports became the controlling shareholder of Helsinki-based Amer Sports in 2019.
