Eurojersey commits to worker welfare with new initiative
Italian textiles maker Eurojersey has published a welfare plan for its employees, encompassing a broad range of initiatives and targets it wants to meet by 2026.
Safety at work, continuous training, healthy nutrition and psycho-physical well-being, social sustainability and a better work-life balance are the cornerstones the plan.
The Road to 2026 includes the coaching and relationship management courses, a new training programme on textile technologies and a continuous update of the Welfare Plan.
Eurojersey also provides a gym for employees at its facility north of Milan.
The company, founded in 1960 and part of the Carvico Group since the 1990s, produces warp-knitted technical Sensitive Fabrics for sports and beachwear.
