Salomon lands on the Champs-Élysées
Annecy-based mountain sports brand Salomon has opened a flagship store on the Champs-Elysées, its fourth door in the French capital. The 295 square-metre two-level space is housed in a former Citroën showroom, allowing the brand to take advantage of its striking glass façade.

The store presents the brand’s performance and lifestyle ranges, including ski equipment in the winter and an innovation table to highlight the key R&D breakthroughs of a company founded 77 years ago.

Ahead of the 2024 Olympics which open on July 26, Salomon is the third new sports store to open on the world’s most beautiful avenue, after JD Sports and Adidas.

Earlier this Spring, Salomon had opened a lifestyle store on the central artery of the trendy Marais quarter of Paris. It is located next to the first Parisian store of Canadian outdoor brand Arc’teryx. Both brands are owned by Amer Sports, which completed an IPO on NYSE and a $1.8 billion debt refinancing in February 2024.
