Rudolf’s bio finishes link nature to urban-wear
Chemicals group Rudolf has supplied its bio-based finishes and treatments to a collection launching at Performance Days trade show in Munich (February 5 and 6).
Convenienter Naturae Vivere – “living in harmony with nature” in Latin – by up-and-coming Danish designer Sasha Neema Ponte, encourages people to connect with nature in urban environments.
Alexander Hanel, head of corporate brand and marketing at Rudolf, said: ‘We have created a collection that bridges the gap between nature and urban everyday life. Our pioneering innovations, which can be found in every part of the collection, improve these materials so that they offer optimal wear comfort, protection and sustainability, inspired by nature.”
Ms Ponte added: “This collection combines technology and biomimicry to highlight our everyday encounters with nature and foster a more conscious mindset.”
