Management shake-up at Munich Fabric Start
Following the departure mid-March of Sebastian Klinder, who had led the Munich-based show for nearly two decades, Munich Fabric Start Exhibitions GmbH has appointed a new duo to head the organisation. Peter C. Dumont (54) has a background in marketing and communications and will be focusing on expanding the shows’ international reach and digital tools. Florian Klinder, managing director of the family-owned textile sales agency, Textilagentur Klinder, which launched Munich Fabric Start back in 1996, knows the industry well and will be building collaborations.

The next shows on the company’s agenda are View Premium, which takes place on July 1 & 2. Munich Fabric Start, along with Bluezone, Keyhouse and The Source, will open their doors on September 2 & 3.
