WFSGI brands help all Olympians to compete in high-end gear

Adidas, Decathlon, Oakley, Odlo, Mizuno and Under Armour are supporting athletes at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 through the International Olympic Committee and World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI)’s National Olympic Committees (NOCs) Uniform Support Programme.

First introduced at the Rio 2016 Games, the programme emerged from the needs of some commitees to provide their athletes with appropriate competition attire. The WFSGI, together with its brand members, partnered with the IOC to ensure that every Olympian would receive the support needed to compete on an equal footing.

At these Games, the programme is supporting athletes from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bolivia, Colombia , Eritrea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Philippines and South Africa across four winter sport disciplines.

WFSGI said: “By mobilising member brands, manufacturers and technical expertise, WFSGI ensures that athletes from smaller or developing winter sport nations compete in apparel that meets the highest performance standards and that every athlete can stand on the start line feeling prepared, professional and proud.”
