Eurojersey promotes fresh activewear fabrics and designs
Eurojersey, the Italy-based producer of Sensitive Fabrics, has said the themes for its new activewear collection are Sensorial Reset, Fashion Rave, Nature Escape and Retro Cult.
Multi-directional elasticity and calibrated compression are some of the advantages of Sensitive Fabrics, designed to adapt naturally to every movement. Highly breathable, they are resistant to pilling and long-lasting.
Speaking to Sportstextiles at the recent Milano Unica textiles show, marketing manager Michela delle Donne said the company envisages a “return to elegance” in the sportswear market and is growing in sectors such as tennis and golf.
There, it showed a new 3 bar construction, waffle pique – a textured fabric characterised by raised, 3D geometric or square designs – that can be digitally overprinted. As part of a vertical manufacturing set-up that includes weaving, dyeing and finishing north of Milan, Eurojersey has an in-house printing facility.
