Therm-ic improves padding in Soleflow socks

Therm-ic is introducing a new range of socks designed to provide hikers added comfort by offering targeted cushioning and ventilation. The extra padding in the Soleflow socks is placed at zones that receive more pressure when in movement. The French company known for its heated socks, has developed two versions of Soleflow socks, one called Buffer that focuses on cushioning, the other Breathe, whose extra measure of breathability will be appreciated by those engaged in intense outdoor sports.

The summer 2026 range includes a pair made from linen with a zero-cuff edge to avoid added pressure on the calf. This reference is made from a blend of nylon (41%), viscose (31%), polypropylene (16%), linen (9%) and elastane (3%).  Other references tend to feature a high percentage of polyamide.

Thermi-Ic is part of Sidas, a company based in Voiron, France, that specialises develops a wide array of insoles, socks, and foot measuring devices products for sports retailers.
