Through one of its subsidiaries, US-based International Specialty Products Inc. (ISP) has acquired the business of French biocides manufacturer, Progiven S.A.S.

Established in 1946, Progiven produces biocides for a diverse range of industrial applications including textile and leather auxiliaries, and glues and adhesives.

ISP is a global supplier of specialty chemicals and performance-enhancing products for personal care, pharmaceutical, food, beverage and industrial applications.
