Israel-based producer of nylon Nilit has signed an agreement with Invista to acquire its apparel nylon facility in Oestringen, Germany. It will also acquire Invista’s nylon apparel product, manufactured in Gloucester, UK. Invista will continue to operate the apparel facility in Gloucester and sell all of its production through Nilit. Under the agreement, Nilit will hold an exclusive licence for the Tactel, Cordura and Supplex trademarks in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The European assets and businesses of Invista’s Interiors and Performance Fibres divisions are excluded from the agreement.
