Adidas France opens new headquarters in Strasbourg

Sports brand adidas has opened a new headquarters for its French division in Strasbourg.

Alsace is the traditional seat of the brand’s business in France. It opened its French division, the first overseas division in the German company’s history in Detwiller in 1959, moving it later to Landersheim and, eventually, Strasbourg.

The site of the new seven-storey headquarters covers almost 5,000 square-metres in total. Handball star Thierry Omeyer, who has played more than 350 international matches for France, was the guest of honour at the official opening on May 14.
