The first Texprocess event attracted 16,000 visitors from 86 countries. The exhibition was held in Frankfurt am Main from 24-27 May, 2011. Over half of visitors came from outside Germany. The top ten visitor regions included Central and East Europe, Asia and North Africa. 330 international technology leaders from 40 countries presented the complete spectrum of their innovative and high-tech solutions for the apparel and textile-processing industries. Texprocess was held concurrently with Techtextil, International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens, from 24-26 May, which attracted 24,500 trade visitors.
