Canada-based yoga-inspired clothing company lululemon athletica has added Tara Poseley to its senior leadership team as chief product officer.

She will oversee the company's global merchandising and design strategy, working closely with the design team, including Deanne Schweitzer, senior vice president and head of women's design, and Felix Del Toro, senior vice president and head of men's design.
