Italian fabric manufacturer Carvico has launched a fabric for the sportswear market made of 78% Econyl, a recycled nylon 6.6. Vita was developed over several months and is 20% thinner than standard charmeuse, according to the company. It offers a soft hand thanks to the use of the multifilament polyamide.
