Billabong finalises executive team

Sportswear group Billabong has appointed Bill Bettencourt as general Manager of RVCA, an apparel brand it bought in 2010.

Mr Bettencourt most recently spent four years as vice-president of sales and marketing at footwear company Sperry Top Sider and has also held senior roles at Vans and Reebok.
