HeiQ presents traceability tool

Swiss textile technology firm HeiQ and its German technology partner Tracekey have developed a hangtag and smartphone app that can track and trace where every part of the garment was made and put together.

The ‘Identity’ technology uses unique serial numbers in a QR code which the consumer can scan to learn about the components.
