Scottish technical textile manufacturer J&D Wilkie has announced plans to expand its production set-up in China. Scotland’s first minister, Nicola Sturgeon, announced the expansion plans during a trade visit to China at the end of July. Based near Dundee, J&D Wilkie began production in 1868 and was part of the city’s flourishing jute industry....
