Ascend Performance Materials makes European acquisition

Nylon 6,6 resin producer Ascend Performance Materials has acquired an engineering plastics compounder based in the Netherlands, Britannia Techno Polymer. Ascend said the acquisition will provide it with a sixth manufacturing location and what chief executive, Phil McDivitt, called “a dedicated footprint for serving customers throughout Europe”....
