SABIC receives final approval to acquire 25% of Clariant

Chemicals group SABIC has received the final regulatory approvals required to confirm its acquisition of a stake of just under 25% in textile chemicals manufacturer Clariant. It announced its intention to make this acquisition in January 2018. An “unconditional closing” of the purchase will take place in the coming days, the two companies said....
