Invista sells resins and fibres business to Indorama

Polymer, fibre and chemicals manufacturing group Indorama has agreed to acquire Invista’s Resins and Fibres business. The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019. The transaction includes a high value-added PET manufacturing facility in Gersthofen, Germany. This plant has a combined capacity of 282,000 tonnes per year....
