The private equity owner of trims and labels supplier Trimco Group has continued its acquisition spree with the purchase of US-based Nexgen Packaging.

Since Brookfield Private Equity took over the company in 2022, it has also acquired Wah Lung in Canada and Zabin in the US to enhance Trimco Group’s presence in the region.
