OrthoLite makes general counsel appointment

Provider of comfort insoles OrthoLite has announced Denny Cowger as its chief administrative officer and general counsel. He will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans and will counsel the company on global legal issues.

Commenting on the appointment, chief executive, Glenn Barrett, said: “As we seek new venues for manufacturing, in-house counsel is critical to help us navigate the local regulations and take advantage of the best opportunities. Denny has been our corporate attorney in Vietnam for the last three years, making him a natural fit for our team.”
