Chinese supplier becomes more important to Mountain Force

Chinese supplier KTC has signed up to handle Mountain Force’s product development including fabric and accessories sourcing, as well as garment production.

KTC will also be responsible for the sizing and fitting for the Swiss skiwear brand.

KTC's CEO Gerhard said the enhanced co-operation is an important milestone for KTC. “We have provided many brands, in particular start-ups, with much more support than would be usual for a manufacturer. We are convinced we can do an excellent job for Mountain Force running their whole supply chain including the product development.

“I am delighted about this agreement but wish to point out that such an enhanced partnership is available to all our clients and there is no risk of any loss in exclusivity and know-how. A separate team is responsible for each brand and each team will make absolutely sure that any innovation and development will remain only within the brand responsible team.”

KTC was established 45 years ago in Hong Kong and produces technical sportswear in China and Laos.
