Outdoor clothing brand Helly Hansen successfully ran a repair workshop in Kiel in the build-up to the start of sailing event the 2025 Ocean Race Europe.

It set up a temporary operation in partnership with Amsterdam-based clothing repair specialist United Repair Centre.

In the two days before the race’s launch on August 10, sailing fans had the opportunity to present Helly Hansen jackets and other garments for technicians to repair for free.

The race is scheduled to finish at Boka Bay in Montenegro on September 21.
