ISPO offers evidence of untapped potential for sporting goods industry

ISPO 2019 closed in Munich on February 6 with organiser, Messe München, saying the total number of visitors across the four days of the event was around 80,000. These visitors came from 120 different countries.

Chief executive of Messe München, Klaus Dittrich, said as the exhibition came to an end: “There is a deep, untapped pool of potential for brands and retailers in the sporting goods industry. This can fuel growth and, above all, energise the industry.”

The next ISPO Munich will take place from January 26-29, 2020.
