Changing of the guard at Textile Exchange

As per an internal succession plan, the chief executive of US non-profit Textile Exchange, La Rhea Pepper, has revealed that she intends to step down from her role at the organisation she co-founded twenty years ago.  She will be replaced by chief operating officer Claire Bergkamp, who joined in late 2020 after making the move from luxury fashion ...
