Rudholm, whose services encompass product design through to distribution, is a leading supplier of “sustainable” garment accessories to European brands and retailers operating within the outdoor and casualwear segments.
Praising the British enterprise for its traceability verification efforts, as well as the inherently natural and renewable credentials of its wool insulation, Rudholm chief executive, Mikael Dahlin, commented that the two companies’ partnership will better enable his firm to “produce greener products with the least impact on the environment”, which can be “returned safely back to nature” at the end of their useful lives.
On behalf of HD Wool, managing director, Simon Whitmarsh-Knight, added: “We are thrilled to partner with Rudholm to help elevate brand adoptions of our HD Wool Apparel Insulation in the European and Scandinavian markets, which are growing significantly due to the increased interest in the benefits of natural performance fibres and the regenerative agriculture movement.
“Rudholm’s rich heritage and strong connections with major brands and retailers will allow us to scale our growth and customer support in this region.”
In related news, both parties are set to exhibit during the Performance Days exhibition in Munich in late April.
