Kardashian-Nike tie-up to disrupt women’s fitness and activewear market
Shapewear brand Skims is to launch a new brand with Nike.
An initial collection will go live at select retail locations in the US in spring 2025. The plan is for a global launch to follow in 2026.
They said NikeSkims collections would “disrupt the global fitness and activewear industry”.
President of consumer, products and brand at Nike, Heidi O’Neill, said: “We are energised by the opportunity to build a new brand and shake things up for the next generation of athletes. We will invite even more athletes into sport and movement with product that makes them feel strong and sexy.”
For her part, the co-founder of Skims, Kim Kardashian, said the new brand would deliver “product that is meticulously designed to sculpt and perform for every body”.
