Sportstextiles.com went live in 2001 as the news portal to complement World Sports Activewear (WSA) magazine. More than 100 stories from all parts of the world, covering developments in textiles and in finished products, go live on the site every month.
At the time of the website’s launch, WSA was seven years old and was recognised internationally as the world’s leading publication for material development in the activewear market. Sportstextiles.com was launched so people could access the latest industry news and product launches on a daily basis.
